The Command Zone is looking for freelance writers! If you’re a Magic: The Gathering fan with professional writing experience, especially in sketch/narrative comedy and/or copywriting, and if you’re interested in getting involved with our content, we would love to hear from you!

We’re looking for creative thinkers with a deep knowledge of MTG, especially the Commander format. We need people who will consistently come up with great ideas while finishing projects on time and following specific instructions and requirements.

If qualified and interested, please fill out the form and include:

• A current résumé or history of work.
• A brief cover letter detailing your writing experience, your knowledge of Magic: The Gathering, and your level of familiarity with The Command Zone and other MTG content.
• Your freelance writing rate.
• Writing sample(s) totaling no more than 5 pages.
  • (Sketch comedy, copywriting, or screenplay format preferred)
